5. Do you offer non-contact delivery? Yes, we offer non-contact delivery for our hot and ready pans. This ensures a safe and convenient way to enjoy our delicious meals.
6. Do you provide serving staff for events? Yes, we provide setup and serving staff for your event. You can choose your preferred plating and cutlery options, and our professional team will take care of the rest.
7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments via Cash App ($panzprolific). We're also considering adding Stripe for secure online payments.
8. How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and ample time for preparation. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
9. Do you offer meal prep services? Yes, we offer meal prep services that include a variety of dietary options such as vegan, keto, macro-based, and more. Meals are delivered directly to your door for your convenience.
10. Where are you located? PANZ Prolific Catering is based in Independence and Mandeville, Louisiana. We proudly serve the surrounding areas with our exceptional catering services.
11. When can we expect delivery of food? Food will be delivered approximately 15-30 mins before event time. Exact time may vary depending on event type and intended time to start service. 12. Who is cooking or handling our food? All items are either personally cooked or oversaw by head chef. Chef Shad
13. Is there a deposit and how much, and when is initial payment due? Full payment is required 2 days before date of event. A deposit of 40% is required at the time of placing order. Please don’t hesitate to call text or email for any questions you may have.
    
    
14. What is cancellation policy? 7days or more is eligible for full refund or credit. Within 2 days a refund of 50% or a full amount credit. Day of event is eligible for a credit
15. What accommodations don’t you cover? Plates, pans etc…. We provide chafing dishes, steronos, pans as well as serving utensils. We provide plates, bowls, or cutlery. As always feel free to contact us for possible accommodations. If I think of more I’ll add them but let’s work from there and you add to it
